Antonio (Peng) is a graduate of BS Psychology at Colegio de San Juan de Letran. Prior to joining the organization, his background includes proficiency in psychological testing and administration across industrial, clinical and educational settings, and his community involvement includes natural resources management.

Peng is also a registered Psychometrician and a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP).
