We offer mental health services to individuals, groups/organizations, and industries.

Mental Health Individual Inventory

The purpose of this service is to provide a tool for assessing and evaluating the (1) general physical and psychological functioning of an individual, (2) personal difficulties and conditions, and (3) helping skills.

All individuals whose age is 17 years old and above. Youth version for 17 years old and below individuals is also available.

  • Assess and evaluate the issues, concerns, and psychological risks of individuals.
    • Presence of extreme anxiety, stress, irritability, mood swings, and other forms of mental health issues.
    • Self-care skills
    • Dysfunctional well-being/mismanagement of problems of living
    • Thoughts about hurting others or one’s self
    • Addiction tendencies
    • Comorbidities and presence of mental health concern
    • Helping skills/protective factors/psychological antigens
  • Facilitate baseline data for developing more specific mental health services.
  • Provide mental health first aid and/or referral service to those in need.
Administration and basic analysis of the results are free.

Mental Health First Aid Training and Certification

This program aims to provide a compact, preventive, and evidence-based training and certification program for mental health advocates in terms of providing basic psychological assistance to individuals who are overwhelmed by a critical incident. This also intends to capacitate them with the essential helping skills geared toward assisting clients toward recovery and resiliency.

  • Human Resource Practitioners and Personnel
  • Occupation Safety and Health Officers and Personnel
  • Teachers/Educational Managers
  • Mental Health Advocates
  • Career Advocates and Life Mentors
  • PESO Officers
  • Capacitate identified personnel with necessary helping knowledge and skills in facilitating mental health first aid to individuals in their organization in times of need (e.g., traumatic event, natural disaster, or public health emergency). Trainees will be able to develop the skills in:
    • Assessing for risk of suicide and harm
    • Listening non-judgmentally
    • Giving reassurance and information
    • Encouraging appropriate professional help
    • Intensifying coping strategies and techniques
  • Develop a system of referral, follow-up, and follow-through for the organization.
  • Integrate basic mental health practice in the organization through occupational health and safety and HR policies.

The training and certification process will be completed in 2 days.

Day 1

  1. Understanding mental health first aid
  2. Principles of mental health first aid
  3. Ethical standards, referral, and limits
  4. Helping process and skills

Day 2

  1. Assessing risks of suicide and harm
  2. Self-care
  3. Demonstration
  4. Certification

All training activities are conducted through a Zoom online meeting. Worksheets and outputs are completed and submitted using the MS Word file application. Assignments are given in advance through email.

All facilitators are PRC Registered and Licensed Mental Health Professionals with advanced degrees, training, and certifications in the practice of counseling, psychological assessment, and psychosocial interventions.

Mental Health First Aid

This service is a compact, preventive, and evidence-based mental health program for institutions and organizations needing assistance in providing psychological help to their employees. This is provided through individual or group mental health consultation and psychoeducation (psychological education).

This program is intended for schools, organizations, and industries with a demand for a mental health first aid program for their employees, students, and/or other clienteles.

  • Develop a system of referral, follow-up, and follow-through for the organization.
  • Integrate basic mental health practice in the organization through occupational health and safety and HR policies.
  • Facilitate basic mental health assistance to those in need in the organization.

Sessions are facilitated through a Zoom meeting or any social media application with a videocall conferencing feature. Sessions are by appointment with the client organization. The maximum number of participants per session is 15. The maximum duration per session is 2 hours.

Telemental Health and Career Education Series

This program intends to provide compact, affordable, and accessible learning sessions on self-management and career skills. The sessions aim to enable individuals to better cope with stress and anxiety due to ECQ and COVID-19 outbreak through growth through knowledge, providing information, tele-socialization, workshops, and discussions. Aside from facilitating recovery and resiliency, this program prepares individuals for reintegration into their normal lives after the ECQ/GCQ is lifted.

  • Develop career management and transition skills of participants.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the effects of stress and anxiety on one’s mental health
  • Demonstrate skills in mindfulness, self-care, management of stress and anxiety, and career planning and decision making.
  • Rework one’s personal and professional plans to thrive in the post-ECQ environment.

Sessions are facilitated through a Zoom meeting or any social media application with a videocall conferencing feature. Sessions are by appointment with the client organization. The maximum number of participants per session is 30. The maximum duration per session is 1 hour. Additional fifteen minutes will be given for the online consultation with the mental health professional/advocate.

Consulting Services on Mental Health and Career Development

Consulting is a specialized set of services offered to organizations and institutions in assisting them to develop, implement, evaluate, and integrate a mental health cum career development program for their employees and/or target clientele. These services aim to respond to the need of organizations and institutions for a resiliency and recovery program for their employees and/or students.

The target clients for this service are the different organizations and institutions through the following personnel.

  • Human Resource Practitioners and Personnel
  • Occupation Safety and Health Officers and Personnel
  • Teachers/Educational Managers
  • Mental Health Advocates
  • PESO Officers
  • Career Advocates and Life Mentors
    • Install a preventive mental health cum career development program in the organization/institution.
    • Diagnose issues and concerns of the organization/institution regarding the career and mental health of students and/or employees.
    • Implement the mandates of RA 11036 (Mental Health Act) and DOLE Department Order No. 208 (Guidelines for the Implementation of Mental Health Workplace Policies and Programs for the Private Sector).
    • Facilitate appropriate interventions for ensuring an optimal level of academic performance and Key Performance Areas/Indices of identified individuals.

    An initial consultation is free using the results of the individual mental health inventory. For the specific level of consultation, investment depends on the scope of services to be rendered.
