Roman is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the Pamantasan ng Lungosod ng Maynila. Recently acquired his license, Registered Psychometrician, as he took and passed the Board Exam for Psychometricians in 2019. Honed and trained in Career Development, Placement, Career Coaching, and Career Programs and Services at the University of Santo Tomas where he served the university as the Career Development and Placement Associate under the Counseling and Career Center. His expertise in the university revolves in: delivering comprehensive programs, training, seminars, and workshops related to the career development of the tertiary students; facilitating partnerships and linkages to public and private industries and agencies; and mounting university-wide career fair for graduating students. Part of his stay in the university, he was able to represent and participate in several mentoring sessions, seminars, and symposiums provided by United States Agency for International Development-Science Technology Research and Innovation (USAID-STRIDE) regarding Career Centers in the Covid 19 Economy.
Currently, he is working as the Programs and Operations Associate at the SFI Career Center and is also finishing his Master of Arts in Education major in Guidance and Counseling at the St. Joseph’s College of Quezon City. He is also involved in various community extension programs for youth and community development related to religious and other non-religious communities and organizations as part of his personal advocacy.
